Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Inpatient Rehab)
Lead high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit by coordinating daily clinical operations and supervising nursing staff.
- Assess patients and contribute to individualized care planning in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
- Oversee nursing staff support and mentorship, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate clinical operations and nursing care delivery to meet patient needs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and adherence to established standards.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and act as a key resource for patients, families, and staff.
- Assist with staff scheduling and operational staffing needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nurse with strong clinical leadership experience in inpatient or rehab settings.
- Ability to assess, plan, and coordinate individualized rehabilitation care.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements, with a commitment to quality improvement.
