Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- RN licensure required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
