We are seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to mental health care in Bakersfield.
Work with a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists in a collaborative environment. Inpatient care for ages 13+ for 4 hours daily (Monday–Friday), shared with a PMHNP, with no weekend calls (optional weekend calls with extra pay). Flexible outpatient schedule: ages 13+ for 20 hours/week, hybrid in-person and remote. Offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary starting from $550,000/year.
