Caregiver (In-Home Senior Support)
Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Support daily living by assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow individualized care plans and deliver care with patience and respect.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team and families.
- Assist with daily activities, including safe movement and basic household tasks.
- Help clients stay on track with meal routines and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in positive, supportive interactions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with family members and caregivers.
