Lung Rescue ICU Registered Nurse to deliver advanced, evidence-based care for critically ill pulmonary and ECMO patients.
Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage ventilators and oversee complex infusions for ECMO and critical respiratory needs.
- Respond rapidly to patient condition changes and coordinate urgent interventions.
- Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment expectations.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold clinical standards.
- Ensure patient safety through strong infection control practices and quality-focused care.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse with expertise in critical care and pulmonary/ECMO patient management, strong assessment and critical-thinking skills, proficiency with ventilator and infusion management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
