Join as an ICU Registered Nurse in a community-based hospital setting, providing direct patient care in a 12-bed intensive care unit.
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to nursing standards.
- Promote patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications include:
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- No prior experience required; experience in critical care is a plus.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
