Role Overview:
Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse will educate patients and families on managing illnesses, participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Critical nursing skills are essential to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values. This position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN licensure
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of ICU experience for weekend shifts; ability to work independently
- Experience in surgical and non-surgical patient populations including cardiac, vascular, neuro, and medical cases
