The House Supervisor RN provides leadership and coordination of hospital operations, acting as a mentor for nursing staff and collaborating with Nurse Managers on staffing and crisis management. They oversee daily activities, support staff development, and initiate disaster plans when necessary. Effective communication in urgent situations and follow-up with department managers are essential skills.
