Role Overview: This position combines leadership and clinical expertise as a House Supervisor and Float Pool RN. You will serve as the hospital’s on-site clinical and administrative leader during various shifts, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating staffing, managing patient flow, and responding to urgent events. Additionally, you will provide high-quality nursing care across different units, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adapting to diverse patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead hospital-wide operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Coordinate staffing, patient throughput, and respond to emergencies.
Mentor staff and provide clinical judgment and problem-solving support.
Deliver direct nursing care, assessing and adjusting to patient and unit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of a nursing program with a minimum of three years hospital nursing experience.
Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and five years of experience.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
