Role: Hospitality Aide responsible for non-direct care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support resident well-being and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Passing ice, water, snacks, and meal trays; assisting with dining and cleaning dining areas
- Making beds, changing linens, organizing residents’ belongings, and maintaining cleanliness of rooms and utility areas
- Providing one-on-one attention to cognitively impaired residents and delivering mail
- Transporting residents, responding to call lights, and assisting with evacuations
- Ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate professionalism, and follow policies
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform various movements during shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
