Hospice After-Hours Nurse (RN/LPN)
Provide compassionate hospice nursing care during after-hours for patients and families in the East Kansas City metro. Respond to patient and caregiver calls, conduct home and facility visits, assess needs, and manage symptoms. Deliver end-of-life care, support comfort-focused interventions, and educate families and caregivers on care plans and expectations. Coordinate and communicate care across Jackson County and surrounding areas to ensure continuity and alignment with hospice goals.
Requirements
- RN or LPN licensure in Missouri or Kansas
- CPR certification
- Minimum of two years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience
