Home Infusion Nurse

Join our team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing care in patients’ homes across Sanford, Bithlo, Apopka, and Orlando.

Deliver safe IV infusion medications and collaborate with care teams to support patient well-being.

Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately, serving as the main contact for care coordination.

Exercise clinical decision-making autonomy to achieve positive health outcomes.

Qualifications: Active FL RN license, at least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home health care, proficiency in IV techniques, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel. Availability for 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred: BSN and experience with infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
Internet connection must be broadband with minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds.
