Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and reviewing treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The role involves observing and reporting patient progress, instructing patients and families on communication aids, providing counseling, maintaining documentation, and participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
Qualifications include a minimum of six months of experience, an unrestricted license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Preferred experience includes home health settings.
Compensation ranges from $63 to $88 per visit and $92,200 to $126,900 annually, with benefits supporting overall well-being. The role requires adherence to TB screening and driver safety programs, emphasizing confidentiality and professional conduct in patient care.
