Position Overview:
The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff providing care to high-acuity or extended non-licensed support clients. Responsibilities include staff orientation, ensuring competence, and compliance with licensing, medical standards, and policies.
Key Duties:
• Develop and manage clinical programs and staff
• Support agency growth and operational efficiency
• Serve as clinical expert, assist with financial management
• Investigate client complaints and ensure quality care
• Recruit, hire, and train clinical staff
• Conduct regular home visits for quality assurance
• Supervise RN, LPN, CNA staff and evaluate performance
• Oversee case management for financial and service quality
• Manage caseload as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
– RN licensure in practice state
– Active CPR certification
– Preferably a bachelor’s degree
– Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and OASIS knowledge
– 3+ years RN experience in healthcare, preferably home health
