Position Overview
The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff serving high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. Responsibilities include staff orientation, ensuring competence, and maintaining compliance with licensing, medical standards, and policies. This role involves managing clinical programs, assisting with agency growth, and supporting operational and financial aspects. The manager investigates client complaints, participates in recruiting and training, evaluates services for improvement, conducts home visits, and supervises clinical staff, including performance evaluations. They oversee case management to ensure cost-effective service delivery and manage caseloads as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state
- Active CPR certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of OASIS
- 3+ years RN experience, preferably in home health
