Registered Nurse (PRN – In-Home Skilled Nursing)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered skilled nursing to elderly and chronically ill clients in their homes. Work independently in the field while following clear clinical protocols and receiving strong support and training.
Key Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments
- Educate patients and families on care needs, health management, and safety
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Sound medication and treatment administration practices
- Excellent communication and patient/family education abilities
- Ability to work independently with attention to quality and safety
- Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care coordination
