Role: Physical Therapist Assistant supporting patients in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and mobility equipment use.
- Educate patients and ensure accurate documentation of care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic support.
