Role: Physical Therapist Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to enhance client mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
- Provide hands-on care, monitor, and document client progress.
- Educate clients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal care delivery.
