Role: Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based care to promote safety, independence, and whole-person wellness.
- Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in patients’ homes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and adaptive strategies.
- Recommend adaptive equipment to enhance client independence.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
