We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team, providing personalized evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current NY license, CCC from ASHA or CFY, and CPR certification. Experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
