Home-Based Therapist- Master’s degree

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide intensive clinical services to children and families in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include delivering mental health services such as home-based and outpatient counseling, aimed at promoting normal development, healthy family functioning, family preservation, reunification, and reducing hospitalization or substitute care stays.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services field

Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC)

Must meet QMHP/QIDP requirements or work under supervision

Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already certified
