Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a full-time, home-based Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide in-home services to children and families.

Offer clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct home visits to support parenting and family dynamics.

Maintain regular contact with families, act as a liaison with community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, licensure in Michigan, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Must meet CMHP/QMHP standards, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to pursue Infant Mental Health endorsement.
