We are seeking a compassionate, full-time Home-Based Therapist to provide in-home mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, MI.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and provide therapy during home visits
• Maintain regular contact with families and collaborate with community agencies
• Offer crisis stabilization and link families to resources
• Document progress and participate in team and community activities
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and Michigan licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC)
• Minimum 2 years experience with children and families preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
