Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and their families in Bad Axe, MI.

Deliver clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting and family relationships.

Maintain face-to-face contact with families, collaborate with community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in community and team activities.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with active MI licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC). Minimum 2 years experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement.
