Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Deliver clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting and family relationships.

Maintain monthly face-to-face contact, act as a liaison with community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization services during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, Michigan licensure (LLMSW or LMSW), minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement.
