Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to teach parenting skills and support family relationships.

Maintain face-to-face contact with families, act as a liaison with community agencies, and deliver crisis stabilization services during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure; a minimum of 2 years experience preferred; valid driver’s license; and willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement.
