High Risk Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide specialized, high-acuity obstetric care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Assess, monitor, and manage high-risk mothers and infants.
- Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and handle complications with evidence-based care.
- Assist with inductions, high-risk deliveries, and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
- Educate families on care plans and postpartum needs.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Maintain patient-first safety standards and uphold clinical best practices.
