HHA – Part Time

Role Overview

The Caregiver is essential in providing hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist residents with daily needs, promote safety and independence, engage residents in activities, support dining and environment cleanliness, and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
