Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Create engaging experiences in Memory Care for residents with memory loss
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Promote safety and promote meaningful relationships with residents

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and 18+ years old
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
