Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through compassionate care and meaningful engagement. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while following individualized care plans and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, and support residents’ participation in daily activities and dining services. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist residents with personal care, promote safety and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining, and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
