Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, promoting their independence, safety, and dignity. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are vital duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is emphasized.

Ideal candidates possess a High School Diploma/GED, are at least 18 years old, and hold or can obtain CPR/First Aid certification. They demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
