Caregiver Role at a Senior Living Community

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
