Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering meaningful relationships.
