Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. It requires developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
