Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare revenue cycle management initiatives by assessing provider organizations’ capabilities, designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of patient access and revenue cycle functions through site observations, interviews, and data analysis.
- Leverage AI tools such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to enhance revenue cycle and access functions.
- Design or redesign business processes integrating AI and RPA/IA techniques for improved efficiency.
- Manage project activities, prepare work papers, briefings, and reports for healthcare clients.
- Perform research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives to support deliverables.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee resource management, and serve as performance leader for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations, systems integration, or healthcare industry, with at least two years of team management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
- Experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including financial clearance, billing, referral management, and patient access.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and workflow design using advanced analytics tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
