Role: The Manager, Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management, leads assessments and redesigns of healthcare provider revenue cycle processes, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency across clinical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts site observations, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and process mapping to evaluate patient access and revenue cycle capabilities.
- Leverages AI technologies such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize revenue cycle and access functions.
- Designs and implements business processes incorporating AI tools, RPA/IA, and other methodologies to improve operational performance.
- Manages program and project activities, prepares engagement documentation, and presents findings to healthcare clients.
- Performs data analysis, synthesis, and develops narratives to support project deliverables.
- Leads and mentors internal teams, manages resources, and oversees performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations, systems integration, or related healthcare roles, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle activities, including financial clearance, scheduling, billing, and patient access.
- Expertise in analyzing large data sets, using advanced analytics, visualization tools, and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in clinical and operational healthcare functions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
