Role Overview: The position involves leading assessments and redesigning healthcare provider revenue cycle processes using AI technologies.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting independent and collaborative evaluations of patient access and revenue cycle capabilities across clinical and administrative functions via site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Leveraging AI tools such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize revenue cycle and access functions.
- Designing or redesigning business processes integrating AI solutions, including RPA/IA, aligned with client needs and best practices.
- Managing program activities, preparing engagement documentation, and presenting insights to healthcare clients.
- Performing research, data collection, analysis, and developing narratives to support project deliverables.
- Leading internal teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing performance management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting or industry experience in operations improvement or systems integration, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Care Administration, Business, MIS, or related fields.
- Extensive experience applying AI in healthcare revenue cycle management, including data analysis and visualization.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, patient flow, analytics, and patient experience initiatives.
- Strong consulting skills, including communication, facilitation, and client engagement.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
