Role Overview:
Seeking a Manager to lead healthcare AI revenue cycle management initiatives within a provider modernization practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess provider organizations’ patient access and revenue cycle capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, data insights, and process mapping.
- Leverage AI technologies to optimize revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment systems, automation, mobile solutions, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with clients to design or redesign business processes integrating AI and automation tools like RPA/IA, utilizing established methodologies.
- Manage program activities, prepare engagement documentation, briefings, and status reports for healthcare clients.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables and presentations.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee resource management, and serve as Performance Management Leader for staff development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or related healthcare industry roles.
- At least two years of supervisory experience, managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
- Proven experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including financial clearance, scheduling, billing, and patient access.
- Expertise in building AI solutions for large data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization.
- In-depth understanding of AI applications in clinical, operational, and financial healthcare processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
