Health Services Manager
Salary: $88,500 annually
This role involves supervising nursing staff, including RNs and LPNs/LVNs, by handling hiring, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring individuals’ health and medical conditions, managing medication administration, coordinating treatments, scheduling medical appointments, and evaluating nursing care and facility conditions. The manager plans and conducts staff orientation and training, promotes quality care, and maintains a safe, clean environment.
Qualifications include:
- Current RN license with at least three years of related experience or LPN/LVN license with two years of experience, depending on supervisory role
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a compassionate attitude
