Role Summary
Direct and lead the assisted living and memory care wellness departments within a senior living community. Oversee daily operations and ensure residents receive high-quality, needs-based support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage care teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered services
- Oversee wellness department operations, including medication support
- Assess resident needs and coordinate appropriate care responses
- Maintain accurate documentation of care status and resident progress
- Ensure care plans and services align with residents’ evolving needs
- Support compliance, quality standards, and safe care practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to evaluate care needs
- Thorough knowledge of medication support processes and safety practices
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
