Seeking a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role. This position involves treating patients on-site for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your existing practice.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and providing surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care. Collaboration with medical and therapy teams and active case management are essential.
Qualifications require Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, licensure in the state, unrestricted DEA license, malpractice insurance, and experience with work-related injuries preferred. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
