We are seeking a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, on-site role. This position involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
As a specialist, you will manage medically complex patients, support return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams. You will provide both non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries, communicating with employers and actively participating in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
