Responsibilities include treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
The role involves providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal services, communicating with employers, and participating in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and medical malpractice insurance.
