We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, typically for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic services, collaborating with medical and therapy teams, and engaging in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, DEA license, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
