We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for non-surgical and surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, along with active case management with employers.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery.
Flexible scheduling and revenue share compensation model are offered.
Additional requirements include malpractice insurance and compliance with applicable fair chance laws.
