We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, mainly treating patients during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex cases, facilitating return-to-work, and collaborating with medical teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications: experience with work-related injuries, licensed MD or DO, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
