A healthcare company is seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to treat patients on-site for about 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, providing surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care, and engaging in case management with employers.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery. Malpractice insurance is required.
