We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, typically for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly. The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, including case management and communication with employers.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, with compensation based on a revenue share model. Candidates should have experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
