Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time onsite role.
Responsibilities include treating patients during approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
Ideal candidates have experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
