We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during weekly or biweekly 4-hour shifts, complementing your current practice.
The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and delivering both surgical and non-surgical treatments. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery. Malpractice insurance is required.
